At Brewed Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be canceled, returned, replaced, or refunded.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.

After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Customers may be eligible for a return or replacement only under the conditions described below.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of perfumes and fragrance products, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.

Returns or replacements may be accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is defective upon delivery.

Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number.
  • Share clear photos or videos showing the issue and packaging condition.

Claims submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The order is canceled before shipment.
  • The ordered item is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled.
  • A return request is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery.
  • A replacement product is unavailable.

Refund approval remains at the sole discretion of Brewed Beauty after verification.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Depending on the payment provider or bank, the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Personal fragrance preference or dissatisfaction with scent.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Delivery failures due to customer unavailability.

6. Damaged Packages

If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery:

  • Take photographs before opening the package.
  • Report the issue immediately to our customer support team.
  • Retain the original packaging for verification purposes.
